Always On: innovation in public lighting management

An article was published in the newspaper Jornal Audiência about the evolution of public lighting in the city of Vila Nova de Gaia and the role of technology in improving the relationship between citizens and managing entities.

In this context, we highlight Always On, Globaltronic’s platform designed to simplify communication between citizens, municipalities, managing entities and technical teams.

With Always On, citizens can easily report an issue, select the lighting point on the map, add a description and photos, and track the status of their request.

For managing entities, each report is organised as a ticket, with history, defined statuses, team assignment and greater operational control.
The result is clearer management, less scattered information and a more transparent response to citizens.
